My account was deactivated. I have 2 pending gift cards that are now unaccessible due to that.
I cant get a response from anyone. There was no reason given. There was a dispute over the fact I am owed for completing something and they are claiming I went outside the server. I can prove that is inaccurate and when o told them that they deactivated my account and not only did they take what I earned they refuse to process what they have paid me for.
This is after I sent all requested info in a timely manner as requested. I want nothing to do with them but I want what they owe me. It was my time and the agreement that was made when I signed up.
They dont get to redo back on that cause they dont want to pay. I held up my end

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Again, don't waste time trying to reason with Swagbucks, just file a complaint with the BBB. After five weeks of inaction, it took a day for them to pay after receiving my BBB complaint.

When I reached Board 101, however, they did not credit me as they had for the earlier token-amounts. I submitted Ticket #1325**** on 01/25/24 explaining the problem, including screenshot proof of the offer and my completion of the required level. On 01/30/24, Swagbucks credited me $50.00 for reaching Board 101. I immediately responded to let them know that the amount was incorrect, it should have been $160.00, not $50.
They replied that the amount was based on the ticket I had submitted and that "if the amount is incorrect, please reply to this message and let me know as soon as possible." I did so, again including a screenshot of the offer I completed with a promised payment of $160.00.
They replied with exactly the same email, ignoring that I had just told them that the amount was incorrect and again telling me to let them know if the amount was incorrect, so I let them know again. This continued almost daily for five weeks, my telling them and providing proof that the amount was incorrect, them replying with the same response telling me to just let them know if the amount was incorrect, until I finally got it through my head that they had no intention of honoring their offer and were letting me know with sneering contempt that I could do nothing about it.

They are not courteous enough to reply to me Its people like me who keep your survey sites going but you treat us like dirt not worth replying to
Swagbucks owes me 106 points for survey i have done 500 points for a boost from experian on 4 November and 36 points for a completed survey on 24 December
I constantly have Alex and Angelica telling me i was disqualified for the 36 point survey + 5 bonus points, even though i have sent screenshots saying Thank you for the survey and spent 63 minutes doing it i have also sent screenshots showing the surveys taken and the boost from experian
Inboxpounds owes me 500 pounds for a boost from experian through them on 4 November and £1 sent by email to verify my account which i did.
These are sitting in my visited section of my activity ledger on both accounts But im being told they cant be seen
Im so fed up especially with Swagbucks saying i was disqualified when i was not That is all Alex and Dave can say and i have asked them not to contact me again with their disqualifications.
I sent a complaint to you through the Business Consumer Alliance I got a reply saying you were looking into it but never heard anymore from you.
I also clicked on a 10 minute survey and spent 9 minutes on it, and Dave is still contacting me saying disqualification It was for 75 points
I would appreciate it if you could please get these issues resolved for me I cant get prodege to answer me.They dont appear to have good customer service

Hi, i am writing this email in regards to an issue I am having with a company that I believe Prodege owns, Swagbucks. Over a month ago I redeemed two Amazon gift cards worth (U.S) $550.00.
After doing this I made a purchase for a Asus Labtop,however not long after, Amazon voided my gift card balance. After speaking with Amazon support repeatedly,they told me that the reason for my gift cards being denied was that the company that issued the gift cards rescinded them.
-I have attempted to resolve this issue on two seperate occasions but found Swagbucks support to be unhelpful while also not attentive and contradictory to the information I provided and received from Amazon before they seemingly marked my tickets as solved without answering my questions. I am looking at any and all options available to me, but wanted to try and resolve this through email first as I believe that I have been frauded out of $550 I am rightfully owed.I have and can get further proof if needed.

User's recommendation: If you do happen to use Seagbucks, do not let your money build up past $50 or $100 dollars before withdrawing. Overall everyone’s experience is different and I’ve had an overall very good experience with Swagbucks till now.
